• I would rate this Hellhole as a minus 5 if I could. You will see literally hundreds of cockroaches, with bedbugs, rat feces, larger feces of perhaps raccoons, and that's in the first week! You may be subjected to burst pipes, electrical shocks, etc. In the one week I was there old folks were getting stuck in the elevator and had to...
